By ordering my services you automatically agree to the conditions listed below. Please read everything carefully and ask me if you have any questions before completing your purchase.

PAYMENT
When requesting your commission you must pay in advance.
You can also choose to pay only when your turn arrives on the waiting list.
If the request is very complex, the value may be increased.
DEADLINES
Each commission takes time to complete. Once started, it can vary from 2 to 5 days to 1 month to be delivered, depending on the circumstances and the type of order placed. Keep that in mind when hiring me.
PRODUCTION
The client will always be informed of the progress of the illustration.
The task list is public and is sent to the customer after the form is approved.
If the customer does not keep in contact for a long time, the commission will be withdrawn.
REVISIONS/CHANGES
Major changes will only be accepted during the draft period.
After the draft phase, only minor revisions such as color adjustments or small details will be accepted.
Completely redesigning the project will cost 100% of the order value.
Completely repainting the project will cost 80% of the order value.
REIMBURSEMENT
I will only refund 100% of the amount if I have not started working on the order.
In the sketch phase, only 50% of the amount is refundable and you will receive the complete sketch.
Orders after the sketch stage are non-refundable, you can simply cancel it and receive the finished sketch.
AS A CUSTOMER:
You may use the illustration for your own purposes.
References must come from the client.
Post anywhere as long as you give credit.
Do not remove my signature, only the size can be changed.
My artwork is NOT authorized for use with any blockchain related technology, including NFTs and any form of cryptocurrency.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commissions for commercial purposes are charged at 50% of the total value of the communication. (Like Banners, Youtube, Game Sprites, Twitch, Anything with Ads, Social Covers etc).
Art is considered commercial use when the customer uses it for self-promotion.
